The Excell Sports Tryout Tune-Up Prep is open to athletes that are rising 7th - 12th graders and who desire to continue to train in the indoor environment to ready themselves for their Middle or High School  volleyball season.  This program will focus on fine tuning the player's volleyball skills to assist with their readiness to compete for a roster spot on their school team.  The training will consist of high intensity skill training, proper fundamentals and overall tryout preparedness.

Tryout Tune-Up Prep will be from July 17 - 19, 2023.   All practices will be at Relentless Life Center (635 Haywood Road).  The fee is $150 per participant.  

(GIRLS) Rising 7th - 8th Grade Participants : 9 AM - 12 PM

(GIRLS) Rising 9th - 12th Grade Participants : 12:30 - 3:30 PM

(BOYS) Rising 9th - 12th Grade Participants:  5:00 - 8:00 PM
